First,you should take part in an tour guide exam.After passing the examination,you will receive a tour guide certificate authorized by the National Tourism Administration.
And a legal Beijing tour guide should have an itinerary as well.

A legal tour guide should have two things :
1.A tour guide certificate given by the National Tourism Administration.
2.An itinerary given by the travel agency.
