            〔摘要〕本文就高校圖書館業務流程重組(BPR)的相關理論進行闡釋研究。首先論述了BPR的概念和特點,并認為漸進性的BPR即主要對業務流程進行重組為其概念的優化。其次分析高校圖書館引入BPR的可行性和必要性,并且以系統論和知識管理理論作為高校圖書館BPR的理論基礎。認為高校圖書館BPR應在以下三大原則的基礎上開展:圍繞教學科研重組業務流程的原則、置用戶于整個業務流程中心的重組原則、選擇關鍵流程優先重組的原則。
